Important Rates/Rooms Details:

• Deadline for reservations to receive the discount is November 4, 2022. After this date, no discount rates are offered.  Rooms might or might not be available at higher rates after this date.
• Availability is highly limited at a discount rate of:
• $139.00/night plus tax for king rooms
• $139.00/night plus tax for two-queen rooms

•  As a special perk, parking will be discounted to $15/night for guests that reserve in the group block.  The normal rate for parking is $25/night.  Parking is valet-only in the hotel's underground parking garage.

• • • Location is two blocks from sandy beaches on Monterey Bay and the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk amusement park.  Walk three blocks to the Santa Cruz Wharf for waterfront dining, or walk five blocks to downtown Pacific Avenue, which is the city’s main hub of shopping, dining, and nightlife.
    • Onsite features include the Bistro restaurant & bar (open for breakfast and dinner), heated outdoor pool, fitness center and sundries/retail market.
    • All guest room rates include complimentary Wi-Fi, in-room mini fridge and microwave.
    • King standard rooms include one king bed and a pull-out sofabed.
    • Queen/Queen standard rooms include two queen beds.
    • No rollaway beds/cots are permitted in any rooms.
    • Check-in is 3:00 PM.  Check-out is 12:00 PM.  Requests for early check-in cannot be guaranteed by the hotel.  If you need to guarantee access to a guest room prior to normal check-in time, the hotel recommends you reserve the prior night of stay to guarantee early check-in the following day.
